HIHS Stand At The Hi-5 Christmas Fayre

Throwing Sprouts into Santa's mouth
and planting your own bulb for Christmas
were two activities run by the Society
at the highly successful Hi-5 Christmas Fayre
held on Saturday 15th December at Hayling College.

A huge thank you to all the members
who supported the event on the day.

Positive Pathways Help

On Monday 15th October a team of volunteers
from Positive Pathways travelled to Hayling College
to work with our Growing Together initiative
in the Polytunnel at Hayling College.

This years growth was cleared
and the ground prepaired ready for spring planting.

A fantastic achievement on the one visit
and worthy of the highest praise.

Chief Steward Vacancy


A vacancy has arisen for a Chief Steward
to cover the Horticultural Society’s three shows
staged in March, June and September
and to manage the show preparation
and to assist the Show Manager.

They will be well supported
by the outgoing Chief Steward
and the Show Sub-Show Committee.
